Benihana Inc. (NASDAQ: NMS: BNHNA and BNHN), will hold a conference call to discuss its third quarter results on Tuesday, February 3, 2004, at 11:00 AM ET. The conference call will be hosted by Joel A. Schwartz, President, and Michael R. Burris, Chief Financial Officer. A press release announcing results for the quarter will be issued on February 3, 2004.
