Qld: Beattie says judicial officer will lose job if found guilty
Queensland Premier PETER BEATTIE says the judicial figure named in the Shepherdson
Inquiry would be removed from office if it's found the officer has done the wrong thing.
The Criminal Justice Commission has launched an investigation into a senior Queensland
judicial officer involved in a 1986 electoral fraud scam in South Brisbane.
The officer was named at the Shepherdson Inquiry into ALP electoral rorts yesterday,
